My name is Charles Pickell, and I am the marketing manager for Pittsburgh Paint in the Outer Banks,NC. I met Scott O'Neil in 1998 when Scott first came here. In 1999, when Scott first started Sea Brush Painting, I knew that The Outer Banks Paint Store wanted to be involved with Seabrush. Six years later, I know that my decision to associate myself and my store with Seabrush was a good one. We have done many,many residential and commercial jobs together, and it has been a rewarding experience.
